Trisha Carper-Ferguson
Trisha Carper-Ferguson began working for IRC's parent company in 1995. Her love for the industry & the clients led her to finish her education with IRC in mind. Trisha has a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Pacific Lutheran University & a Master's in Psychology from the University of Washington. In 2002, Trisha took over full ownership of IRC & created a full commercial offset and digital print facility. Since then, she has grown IRC's portfolio to include over 500 businesses world wide. Recently named one of Western Washington's 40 top business leaders under the age of 40, Trisha's youth is evident in her energy & humor. In her spare time, Trisha leads a local worship music team & enjoys spending time with her family.

Danielle Payment
Danielle has 18 years in the customer service / sales department. She got her start in the business community through Keybank in Alaska as a young adult, & through the years continued to develop & grow in her service skill set. She is currently the Business Development Manager with IRC. She has been married to husband Jason for 19 years & they have 4 children. Danielle is passionate about building relationship with people & making sure they receive the best service as possible!

Ryan Trickle
Ryan has been the graphic designer for IRC since 2001. His passion for all things creative has kept him working in the industry for 15 years. Outside of work, Ryan is currently interested in playing soccer, vintage motorcycles, home-made guitar pedals, & perusing antique stores.

Cortnei Boyd
Cortnei is the office manager here at IRC. She attended South Puget Sound Community College & has experience in customer service & sales. She & her husband Evan enjoy outdoor activities & like to travel in their free time.
