ABOUT US
Trisha Carper-Ferguson began working for IRC's parent company in 1995. Her love for the industry & the clients led her to finish her education with IRC in mind. Trisha has a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Pacific Lutheran University & a Master's in Psychology from the University of Washington. In 2002, Trisha took over full ownership of IRC & created a full commercial offset print facility. Since then, she has grown IRC's portfolio to include over 200 businesses world wide. Recently named one of Western Washington's 40 top business leaders under the age of 40 by the Business Examiner, Trisha's youth is evident in her energy & humor. In her spare time, Trisha is involved in a local band & enjoys spending time with her family. Email Trisha
Ryan Trickle started at IRC in 2001. Ryan’s talent & great personality led him to the head of our design team. He has a degree in Commercial Arts from Louisiana Technical University. In addition to his graphic arts talent, Ryan is also an accomplished musician who records & plays in a local band. A father of twin toddler girls keeps him on his toes & addicted to coffee. Nick Milligan was brought on to head our Printed Materials Department in 2002. As our head press operator, Nick oversees every sheet our press produces. He also is responsible for our press team, which includes a full bindery crew. Nick’s degree is from Clover Park Technical Institute located here in WA. When Nick is not slaving in the warehouse he is spending time snowboarding & roaming Home Depot looking for the next house project. Email Nick

Dan Kapsner started with IRC’s parent company in 1986 and has held a variety of positions over the years.
